The Company has been notified that on 19 December 2019, Ben Thorpe, Group Finance Director of the Company sold 4,190 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of £20.00 per Share.
The shares sold are part of an award made by the Company to Ben Thorpe in lieu of share awards that were forfeit in respect of his previous employment and are not related to his current incentive and performance arrangements.
