Correction: Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of 2nd December 2019, which stated the Company's issued share capital as 13,968,451, this number was incorrect and the correct number is 15,658,597.

The corrected announcement is set out below.

Total Voting Rights

As at 30 November 2019, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 15,658,597 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
