Braveheart Investment Group (AIM: BRH) announces that, following the issue of 10,000 ordinary shares on exercise of options under the block listing, the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises of 38,307,451 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 38,307,451.
The figure of 38,307,451 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
