Further to the announcement released on 8 December 2021, Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH) has been notified that the holdings of Trevor Brown and Free Association Books Limited were incorrectly disclosed. The aggregate holding was correct but the correct holdings at 8 December 2021 were as follows:

*Free Association Books Limited disclosed earlier today that its holding is now 3,830,701 ordinary shares, representing 7.33 per cent. of the voting rights attributable to the ordinary shares of the Company.
