Braveheart was notified on 4 November 2022 that Trevor Brown, a director of Braveheart and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, purchased on [4 November 2022] 170,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of ÂŁ0.079882 per share in an on-market transaction. Trevor Brown now holds a total beneficial interest in 12,599,424 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 19.77 per cent. of the Company's voting rights).
