The Company announces that it has been informed that Trevor Brown, a Director of the Company, yesterday acquired an additional 250,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Group at a price of 7p per Ordinary Share. Following his purchases, Mr Brown's holding is as follows:
