Notice is hereby given that the ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 19th November 2013 at 12 noon.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting together with a copy of the Annual Report and Consolidated Accounts to 30 June 2013 have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
