The Company has been notified that Mrs Susie Farnon, Non-executive Director of Breedon Group plc, has today purchased 50,635 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 58.55p per Ordinary Share.
As a consequence, Mrs Farnon now has an interest in 1,865,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.11% of the Company's total voting rights.
