Correction - Director Shareholding

BlueRock Diamonds plc (AIM: BRD), announces that on 19 December 2014, John Kilham, Chief Technical Officer of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 11.4 pence per share which was not notified by the Company at that time.
The announcements relating to share purchases by John Kilham dated 19 January 2015 and 11 February 2015 therefore contained incorrect resultant shareholdings. In addition, the report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 published on 22 May 2015 incorrectly disclosed a shareholding held by John Kilham of 300,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.95 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
BlueRock confirms that as at the date of this announcement, John Kilham and his wife, Mrs Maryke Kilham, hold through a joint account a beneficial interest in 400,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.27 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
