Director/PDMR shareholding
Brickability Group PLC, a leading distributor and provider of specialist products and services to the UK construction industry, has been notified of the following transactions by a Director of the Company.
On 27 November 2025 Mike Gant, Chief Financial Officer, exercised 120,264 options over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which vested pursuant to an award granted on 27 October 2022 under the Brickability Group PLC Long-Term Inventive Plan.
In order to satisfy the personal tax liabilities and other costs arising on exercise, Mr Gant sold 57,924 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.40 pence. In accordance with the Company's remuneration policy, Mr Gant will be required to hold the balance for a minimum period of two years from the date of vesting.
Following the transactions outlined above, Mike Gant is beneficially interested in a total of 262,448 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
