Brammer PLC24 May 2007 Brammer plc ("the Company") Directors/PDMR Shareholdings Notifications of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging ManagerialResponsibility or Connected Persons pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R Brammer plc was today notified by the Trustees of the Brammer plc Employee ShareOwnership Trust that on 19 April 2007 the following awards over its ordinaryshares of 20p each under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested followingthe achievement of the appropriate performance targets in relation to thefollowing: DIRECTORS NUMBER OF ORDINARY SHARES IAN FRASER 136,607PAUL THWAITE 91,071 PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL NUMBER OF ORDINARY SHARES SOLDRESPONSIBILITIES SHARES JOHN MILLER 42,857JOSE IGNACIO OLAVE 34,310 12,700CHRISTOPHER SHORT 41,073NEIL ROGERS 14,079 3,170NIGEL TREND 15,704 7,204IAN RITCHIE 23,827 10,181PHILIPPE HERVIEUX 19,080 4,500 The shares were sold by some of the participants referred to above at £3.36 pershare on 08 May 2007 to meet the tax liability due as a consequence of thevesting of their Awards. The Performance Share Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual generalmeeting in April 2002. The Awards were granted in May and September 2004. Theparticipants are not required to make any payment for the vesting shares whichvest on the achievement of specified performance targets. The performancetargets were measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January2004.
