Brammer plc ("the Company") announces that on 4 April 2016 it awarded 256,402 nil cost options over its ordinary shares under the Brammer Performance Share Plan 2012 to Mr Stephen Ashmore.
The Brammer Performance Share Plan 2012 was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 17 May 2012.
No payment is required for the shares, which shall vest on the achievement of performance targets. The performance targets will be measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2016.
