Brammer plc - Director/PDMR shareholding

Notifications of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons - DR3.1.4R(1)

Brammer plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 March 2013 it awarded nil cost options over its ordinary shares under the Brammer Performance Share Plan 2012 and under the Company's Share Matching Plan to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Brammer Performance Share Plan 2012 was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 17 May 2012. The Share Matching Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in May 2005.

No payment is required for the shares, which shall vest on the achievement of performance targets. The performance targets will be measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2013.

In addition, the Company was today notified by the Trustees of the Brammer plc Employee Share Ownership Trust that on 18 March 2013 the following nil cost options over its ordinary shares of 20p each under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested following the achievement of the appropriate performance targets in relation to the following:

The Performance Share Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in April 2002 and the Awards were granted in March 2010. The participants are not required to make any payment for the vesting shares which vest on the achievement of specified performance targets. The performance targets were measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2010.
