The Company was notified on 9th March 2016 that on 9th March 2016 a person connected to Mr Irving-Swift purchased 8,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 166.81p per share. Following this transaction, the total interest held by Mr Irving-Swift and a person connected to Mr Irving-Swift in the issued share capital of the Company has increased to 15,000 ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 0.011% of the issued share capital of the Company.
