Brammer plc ("the Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Notifications of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Brammer plc announces that on 21 March 2012 it awarded nil cost options over its ordinary shares under the Company's Share Matching Plan to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Share Matching Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in May 2005.

No payment is required for the options, which shall vest on the achievement of performance targets. The performance targets will be measured over a three year period which commenced on 1 January 2012.

In addition, the Company was today notified by the Trustees that on 20 March 2012 the following PDMR's exercised certain share options as follows:

·; Mr Ian Ritchie exercised 13,922 shares under the ESOP 1997 Scheme at a cost of 99.5p per share. He subsequently disposed of 7,230 of these shares at 336p per share. Mr Ritchie now holds an additional 6,692 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company making a total interest of 111,734 shares in the Company representing 0.0955% of the issued share capital of the Company.

·; Mr Eric Dijkstra exercised 8,353 shares under the ESOP 1995 Scheme at a cost of 99.5p per share. He subsequently disposed of all 8,353 shares at 336p per share. Mr Dijkstra's shareholding in the company remains unchanged at 28,647 shares, representing 0.0244% of the issued share capital of the Company.
