Notifications of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons - DTR3.1.4R(1)

Name of Director / PDMR or connected persons: Mr Ian Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser

The Company was notified on 26th October 2015 that on 26th October 2015:

· Mr Fraser purchased 8,914 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into his ISA at a price of 235.37p per share; and

· A person connected to Mr Fraser purchased 9,834 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into their ISA at a price of 235.62p per share.

In addition, the Company was notified on 27th October 2015 that on 27th October 2015:

· A person connected to Mr Fraser purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company into their SIPP at a price of 236.75p per share; and

· Mr Fraser sold 11,874 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 236.75p per share; and

· A person connected Mr Fraser sold 11,874 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at a price of 236.75p per share.

Following these transactions the total beneficial interest held by Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser in the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 914,277 ordinary shares of 20p each, representing 0.706% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, Mr Fraser holds 1,291,587 vested but unexercised nil cost options which, if fully exercised, would result in an interest in 2,205,864 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company, representing 1.704% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
