The Company was notified on 18 September 2014 that on 17 September Mr Steven Hodkinson exercised and sold nil cost options over 9332 ordinary shares of 20p each in the share capital of the company at a price of 409.5p each. On 18 September 2014 Mr Hodkinson then purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 20p each into his SIPP at a price of 405.6p per share

Following these transactions, Mr Hodkinson's interest in the issued share capital of the company has increased to 24,840 shares of 20p each representing 0.019% of the issued share capital of the Company.
