The Company was notified on 23 August 2013 that on 23 August 2013 a person connected to Mr Fraser sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 450p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser now hold an interest in 1,315,151 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company representing 1.119% of the issued share capital of the Company.
