BOARD CHANGES
Brammer plc, the European industrial services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Bill Whiteley, as a non executive director with effect from 1 July 2008. Mr Whiteley (59), has recently retired as Chief Executive of Rotork plc, is the senior independent director of Spirax Sarco Engineering plc and is a non executive director of Dialight plc.
Coincidental with this appointment, Mr Svante Adde will retire from the Board as planned on 30 June 2008. Mr Adde has been a non executive director since September 2005 and has served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Mr Paul Forman will take over as Remuneration Committee Chairman from 1 July 2008.
Commenting on this appointment, David Dunn, Chairman of Brammer said:
