In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that it has been informed by Prudential PLC Group of Companies ("Prudential") that they have sold 350,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") and now have a holding of 4,464,039 Shares, representing approximately 10.7% of Bioquell's issued ordinary Share capital.

The 350,000 shares were sold by an Open Ended Investment Company which, although not owned by Prudential, is controlled by a wholly owned subsidiary and therefore is disclosed within the total Prudential holding.
