Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that Nigel Keen, Chairman of Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell" or the "Company"), informed the Company today that he had purchased 35,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 135p per Share. Following this purchase Mr. Keen now owns 127,270 Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued Share capital.
Nicholas Adams, Group Chief Executive of Bioquell, informed the Company today that he had purchased 145,000 Shares at a price of 135p per Share. Mr. Adams now owns 985,843 Shares, representing approximately 2.3% of the Company's issued Share capital.
