Annual General Meeting
BIOQUELL PLC (LSE: BQE) - provider of specialist decontamination technologies to the healthcare, life sciences and defence sectorsΒ - discloses, in accordance with the Listing RulesΒ of the Financial Services Authority,Β thatΒ allΒ theΒ ResolutionsΒ set out in the Notice of AGM were passedΒ at the Annual General MeetingΒ ("AGM")Β heldΒ earlierΒ today.
Further details of the Resolutions can be found in the Notice of AGM which was sent to shareholders on 16 April 2009 and is available on the Company's website together with data relating to the proxy votes for each Resolution.
At the end of the AGM, Nigel Keen replaced John Salkeld, who is retiring from the Board, as Chairman of BIOQUELL PLC.
