bwin.party announces that on 5 October 2011 it purchased, through Numis Securities Limited, 293,400 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 112.45 pence per share. The highest price paid was 113.5 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 110.7 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 5,531,411 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 847,377,860 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 843,462,410 (total number of shares in issue minus 3,915,450 shares held by the employee benefit trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
