Dividend Payment Date

B.P. Marsh announced its final results for the year ended 31 January 2023 earlier today.

The announcement contained an incorrect date for the payment date for the recommended dividend of 1.39p per share. Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid on 31 July 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 30 June 2023 (the record date).

All other details set out in the announcement were correct and remain unchanged.
