B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the niche venture capital provider to early stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that on 8 February 2024, 925,660 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") were sold by the Marsh Christian Trust (the "Trust"), a charitable trust founded by the Company's Executive Chairman of which Mr. Marsh is a Trustee, at a price of 422.99 pence per Share.
The Trust no longer holds any Shares. Mr Brian Marsh retains an interest in 14,184,419 Shares, representing 38.12% of the Company's total voting rights.
