01.07.2019 - Report 22/2019: Shareholders holding at least 5% of the total votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on 26th June 2019

The Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that at the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna on June 26th, 2019 ("Ordinary General Meeting") were represented shareholders holding 167,680,656 shares constituting 63,89% of the Bank's share capital, entitling to 167,680,656 votes at the Ordinary General Meeting.

At least 5% of the total votes during this General Meeting was held by:

1. Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A, entitled to 52,494,007 votes, constituting 31.31% of the share in the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting and 20.00% of the total number of votes; 

2. Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A., entitled to 33,596,166 votes, constituting 20.04% of the share in the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting and 12.80% of the total number of votes; 

3. Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, entitled to 13,039,584 votes, constituting 7.78% of the share in the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting and 4.97% of the total number of votes; 

4. Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander, entitled to 11,914,000 votes, constituting 7.11% of the share in the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting and 4.54% of the total number of votes.
