UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs, that on 4 June 2013, in response to the letter dated 26 March 2013 from Mr Maciej Czebotar, on the basis of the resolution of the Bank Management Board of 4 June 2013, sent to Mr. Maciej Czebotar the letter, in which he informed him that, the Bank through appropriate internal procedures, introduced to its business all Recommendations S regarding good practices in the scope of management of credit exposure for real estate financing collateralized by mortgages, issued by the Financial Supervision Authority.
