Report 6/2017: Correction of the report - Change of the stake to 39,06% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") passes the corrected content of the Report 6/2017 of 15th March 2017 ("Report") by adding to the content of the Report information on the date of the event covered by this Report.
Below, the Bank announces the content of the revised report:
The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs that the Bank received the notification from UniCredit S.p.A. ("Notifying Entity") about reducing on 13th March, 2017 to 39,06% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank. The aforementioned decrease of the held stake is the result of the:
1. disposal of 2.373.911 shares of Bank to holders of "equity-linked certificates" as the results of early settlement "equity-linked certificates" and
2. disposal of 356.402 shares of Bank, retained by Notifying Entity pursuant to terms of issue of "equity-linked certificates".
Prior to the disposal, the Notifying Entity owned 105.250.485 shares in the Bank, constituting 40,1% of the overall number of shares in the Bank, corresponding to the same number and percentage of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank.
Currently, the Notifying Entity holds 102.520.172 shares in Bank, i.e. 39,06% of the overall number of shares in the Bank, corresponding to the same number and percentage of votes at the General Meeting of the Bank.
Legal basis: Par. 70 section 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offerings and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to an Organized System of Trading, and on Public Companies (unified text Dz. U. 2016, Item 1639).
