Report 6/2011: Overruling the sentence dismissing the plaint for repealing resolutions 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32 and 33 of Bank's Ordinary General Meeting of 23 April 2008.
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs that by decision of 25 February 2011 the Court of Appeal in Warsaw overruled the sentence passed on 28 January 2010 by the Circuit Court in Warsaw dismissing the plaint of the Bank's shareholder for repealing resolutions 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32 and 33 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting of 23 April 2008 concerning approval for the report on the activity of the Management Board for 2007, approval for the financial statements of Bank and Bank Capital Group for 2007, approval for the report on the activity of the Supervisory Board in 2007, vote of approval for the members of the Management and Supervisory Boards for 2007, and passed the matter over for being examined again.
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
