Report 20/2011: Information on dividend
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs, that on April 19, 2011 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank made the Resolution regarding the dividend payment for year 2010:
1) the amount of 1,784,639,831.20 PLN from net profit of Bank for 2010 (say: one billion seven hundred eighty-four million six hundred thirty-nine thousand eight hundred thirty-one 20/100 PLN) is allocated as dividend,
2) the dividend value per on one share amount 6,80 PLN, which translates into dividend pay-out rate of 70% of the net profit of the Bank for 2010,
3) on day of convening of the Ordinary General Meeting convening total number of shares amounted to 262,367,367 shares,
4) the date of dividend's day has been fixed on 23rd of May, 2011 and the dividend's pay-out day has been fixed on 8th of June, 2011.
