Bank Pekao SA21 March 2008 UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION (March 21, 2008) Report 31/2008: Proposed dividend, dates of dividend's day and dividend'spay-out day Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. hereby informs, that havingreceived the positive opinion of the Supervisory Board, it will submit to theGeneral Meeting the proposal of the dividend payment for year 2007 in the amountof PLN 9.60 per 1 share, i.e. to 6.7% higher in comparison to dividend for year2006 paid in the amount of PLN 9.00 per 1 share. The date of dividend's day,proposed to the General Meeting, is 15th of May, 2008 and the dividend's pay-outday is 3rd of June, 2008.
