Report 48/2010: Information on dividend payment
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs, that on April 28, 2010 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank made the resolution regarding the distribution of net profit of Bank for 2009, following the resolution GM made a decision on dividend payment for year 2009:
1) from net profit of Bank for year 2009 the amount of 761 096 398,60 PLN (say: seven hundred sixty one million ninety six thousand three hundred ninety eight 60/100 PLN) was allocated as dividend,
2) the value of dividend paid in the amount of 2,90 PLN per one share, which translates into dividend payout rate of 30,91% of the net profit of the Bank for 2009 (31,56% of the net profit of the Group)
3) total number of shares entitled to dividend on April 28, 2010 amounts to 262.359.543 (two hundred sixty two million three hundred fifty nine thousand five hundred forty three). The number of shares can be changed.
4) the date of dividend's day was established on 17th of May, 2010 and the dividend's pay-out day was established on 1st of June, 2010.
