Report 21/2013: Information on dividend |
UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs, that on 12th June, 2013 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank made the Resolution regarding the dividend payment for year 2012:
1) the amount of 2,202,123,585.26 PLN from net profit of Bank for 2012 (say: two billion two hundred and two million one hundred twenty-three thousand five hundred eighty-five 26/100 PLN) is allocated as dividend,
2) the dividend value per on one share amount 8.39 PLN, which translates into dividend pay-out rate of 74.95 % of the net profit of the Bank for 2012,
3) on day of convening of the Ordinary General Meeting convening total number of shares amounted to 262.470.034 shares,
4) the date of dividend's day has been fixed on 21th June 2013 and the dividend's pay-out day has been fixed on 8th July 2013.
