In connection with mistake in English version of the Bank Current Report No 8/2011 published on March 9, 2011 regarding date of dividend's day, Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A presents correct contents of report:
Correction of Report 8/2011: Proposed dividend, dates of dividend`s day and dividend`s pay-out day
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. hereby informs, that having received the positive opinion of the Supervisory Board, it will submit to the General Meeting the proposal of the dividend payment for year 2010 in the amount of PLN 6,80 per 1 share, i.e. to 134% higher in comparison to dividend for year 2009 paid in the amount of PLN 2,90 per 1 share. The date of dividend's day, proposed to the General Meeting, is May 23, 2011 and the dividend's pay-out day is June 8, 2011.
