Report 9/2016: Information on dividend
Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs, that on 16th June, 2016 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank made the Resolution regarding the dividend payment for year 2015:
1) the amount of 2,283,489,295.80 from net profit of Bank for 2015 (say: two billion two hundred eighty three million four hundred eighty nine thousand two hundred ninety five 80/100 PLN) is allocated as dividend,
2) the dividend value per on one share amount 8.70 PLN (say: eight 70/100 PLN), which translates into dividend pay-out rate of 99,7% of the net profit of the Bank for 2015,
3) on day of convening of the Ordinary General Meeting convening total number of shares amounted to 262,470,034 shares,
4) the date of dividend's day has been fixed on 22nd June 2016 and the dividend's pay-out day has been fixed on 6th July 2016.
