("Bank") informs, that onApril 15, 2008 the Bank acting on the basis of art. 25 of the Act on bonds dated29.06.1995 (Law Journal of 2001, No 120, item 1300 as amended) in connectionwith Par. 15 point 2 and Par. 16 section 3 of Resolution No 6 of theExtraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SpolkaAkcyjna dated 25.07.2003 on issuance of Series A,B, C and D registered bonds ofthe Bank with the priority right to take up Series F and G shares of the Bankand the exclusion of pre-emptive right for the Series A, B, C and D registeredbonds with the priority right to take-up the shares of the Bank and point 2.8.1and 2.8.4 of the Issuance Conditions for Series C Bonds, established by theResolution of the Management Board No 40/III/05 dated 30.03.2005, redeemed107,979 (one hundred seven thousand nine hundred and seventy nine) Series Cregistered bonds of the Bank with priority right to take-up Series G shares ofthe Bank.
