In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (6.1.2) the Companyalso confirms that there will be a resolution put to the Annual General Meetingseeking to make certain amendments to the Articles of Association to (a) reflectthe new provisions about company communications (including electroniccommunications) introduced by the Companies Act 2006; and (b) remove the 70year age limit for directors to bring the provisions of the Articles into linewith the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.
