Share Matching Plan - Purchase and vesting of shares
The Company was informed on 4 March 2016 that the Trustees of the British Polythene Industries Employee Share Ownership Trust ("ESOT") had acquired 60,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("shares") at £7.10 per share. The total shares acquired represent 0.22% of the Company's share capital and were acquired for use under the Company's Share Matching Plan.
On 4 March 2016, 498,144 shares, which had prior to then been held in the British Polythene Industries Employee Share Ownership Trust ("ESOT"), vested in employees under the Company's Share Matching Plan.
Following the above detailed transactions, the ESOT is registered and beneficial owner of 250,360 shares representing approximately 0.91% of the total voting rights and share capital of the Company.
The ESOT is also registered owner of a further 62,887 shares as nominee for participants in the Share Matching Plan, representing approximately 0.23% of the total voting rights and share capital of the Company.
John Langlands, David Harris, David Duthie, Andrew Green, Michael Huyghe and David Pendlebury are Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities who are beneficiaries of the Share Matching Plan.
