PDMR Share Options
The Company announces that on 1 October 2015 the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") were granted options over ordinary 25p shares under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme. The options were granted at a price of 570 pence per ordinary 25 pence share for the period as set out below. No amounts were paid for the grant of these options.
