Transfer of Holdings of a PDMR

The Company has been notified that on 19 April 2010 that Mr RB Brooksbank, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility within the Company, transferred 17,409 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") into his spouse's name, Mrs CM Brooksbank. Immediately following this transaction:-

1 Mr RB Brooksbank's total holding is nil.

2 MR RB Brooksbank's wife's total holding is 52,539 shares.

3 Mr RB Brooksbank's total beneficial holding remains unchanged at 52,539 shares (0.20%)
