In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Bahamas Petroleum Company plc ("BPC" or the "Company") confirms that, following the issue of 35,337,328 new ordinary shares as announced on 26 June 2020, and admitted to trading today, it has 2,483,776,085 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.002p each in issue and admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with International Securities Identification Number IM00B3NTV894.
