The Company was informed on 22 October 2010 that, on 22 October 2010, Alan Burns, a director of the Company, disposed of 10,000,000 ordinary shares in BPC ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 6.98 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Disposal").

Following the Disposal, Mr Burns is now interested in 34,820,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.55 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
