Bahamas Petroleum Company plc ("BPC" or the "Company"), the oil and gas exploration company with significant prospective resources in licences in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, notes that Columbus Energy Resources PLC ("Columbus") has today posted the Scheme Document to its shareholders in regards to the proposed Merger between Bahamas Petroleum and Columbus as announced on 11 June 2020.
