Change of Broker
Bahamas Petroleum Company, the oil and gas exploration company with significant prospective resources in licences in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, announces that its joint broker, Canaccord Genuity Limited, is standing down effective today, following which Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited shall act as sole broker to the Company. This development is in line with the rigorous cost saving initiatives that have been implemented by the Company over the last few years. The Company fully intends to maintain all such cost saving initiatives whilst management continue to advance financing discussions to a successful outcome.
