Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PMDRs") and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company provides notification that, on 21 March 2024, Darryl Lewis (Chief Operating Officer and PDMR) sold a total of 180,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of £3.2096 per share.
Following the sale, which was conducted in connection with a property purchase, Darryl Lewis's resulting interest in shares in the Company is 235,695 representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
