Enfis Group PLC23 May 2007 For Immediate Release: 23rd May 2007 Enfis Group plc ("Enfis" or "the Company") Further Distribution Agreement Signed Enfis, which designs, develops and manufactures intelligent high-power lightemitting diode (LED) arrays and smart light engines, is pleased to announcethat, in line with its stated sales strategy, it has today signed a distributionagreement with Mobicon, a major distributor of electronic equipment in Asia. Under the agreement, Mobicon will promote and market Enfis' light enginesolutions to its new and existing customer base throughout Asia including theGovernment, lighting designers and contractors, and luminaire manufacturers.Mobicon will especially target those customers focused on energy saving andenvironmentally friendly solutions. Mobicon will also be recommending completesystems and solutions for the immediate market adoption of Enfis' light enginesleveraging the reduction in development time and time to market enabled byEnfis' plug-n-play products. Based in Hong Kong, Mobicon has over 5,000 customers in 73 countries and localoffices in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and South Africa.With over 23 years in the electronics distribution industry and 445 employees,Mobicon was listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange in 2001. The agreement with Mobicon represents a further step in developing Enfis'distributor based sales strategy and comes on top of the recently signedagreement with Digi-Key in the US. Including the Mobicon agreement, Enfis nowhas 10 major distribution agreements in place that cover the US, Europe, Asiaand Africa.
