PhotonStar LED Group plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar" or "the Group") the British designer and manufacturer of smart LED lighting solutions, announces that its full year results will now be published in late April, following the appointment of new CFO Russell Banks, who will take up the post on 2 April 2013.
A results date for April will be notified in due course.
