Grant of Options
The Company announces that Rupert Garton, Commercial Director, was today grantedĀ 74,528 share options at 31.5Ā pence based on the share price at close of business yesterday, andĀ 75,472Ā share options at 5 pence in lieu of bonus.
75,472Ā of these options are capable of being exercised during the period starting on the 17thĀ July 2008 and expiring on the 16thĀ July 2018, andĀ 74,528Ā of these options are capable of being exercised during the period starting on the 17thĀ July 2011 and expiring on the 16thĀ July 2018.
As a result, Rupert Garton is now interested in 740,674Ā share options over Ordinary Shares.
In addition to the options granted above, Rupert Garton has a beneficial interest in 384,421 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 3.02% of the total issued share capital.
Colin Hargrave, Non-executive director, was today granted 50,000 share options atĀ 31.5Ā pence based on the share price at close of business yesterday.
As a result, Colin Hargrave is now interested in 50,000 share options over Ordinary Shares.
These options are capable of being exercised during the period starting on the 17thĀ July 2011 and expiring on the 17thĀ July 2018.
Colin Hargrave has no beneficial interest the Company.
As at the date of this announcement and inclusive of the above, there are 1,085,023Ā options outstanding in the Company.Ā
