Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that William Hindmarch, Chief Executive, and Rupert Garton, Commercial Director, each acquired 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 22 pence per share on 22 March 2012.

Accordingly, Mr Hindmarch now has a beneficial interest in 4,980,268 ordinary shares representing 53.14% of the total voting rights of the Company and Mr Garton now has a beneficial interest in 623,449 ordinary shares, representing 6.65% of the total voting rights of the Company.
