Body Shop International PLC11 February 2005 The Body Shop International PLC ("the Company") Notification of interests of Directors and connected persons 11 February 2005 The Company announces today that on 11 February 2005 Gordon Roddick sold2,000,000 beneficially owned ordinary shares, (0.9% of the issued sharecapital), at a price of 185p per share. Following this disposal Gordon Roddickhas a beneficial holding of 20,216,155 ordinary shares, representing 9.5% of theissued share capital. Dame Anita Roddick also sold 2,000,000 beneficially owned ordinary shares todayat a price of 185p per share. Following this disposal, Dame Anita Roddick has abeneficial holding of 21,466,155 ordinary shares, representing 10.1% of theissued share capital. In addition Gordon Roddick, Dame Anita Roddick and another individual aretrustees of a non-beneficial holding of 3,439,552 ordinary shares (1.6 % of theissued capital).
